GMC Ranks Highly in the J.D. Power APEAL Study

The J.D. Power APEAL (Automotive Performance, Execution, and Layout) Study evaluates the level of joy a new vehicle brings to its new owner. For 2020, GMC ranked third among all the models studied, highlighting the drivability and likability of GMC models such as the Terrain, Sierra, and Acadia.

 

GMC had no problem passing popular automakers like Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Toyota, and Nissan in the 2020 J.D. Power APEAL Study. That means J.D. Power found that customers form a strong attachment to their new GMCs faster than they do for many other brands.

 

J.D. Power ranked the 2020 GMC Sierra highly in its segment, affirming the truck’s trusted strength, reliability, and innovative features. It’s hard not to love the GMC Sierra 3500HD, which offers up to 35,500 pounds of towing power to go along with a payload rating of 7,442 pounds.
